remove tranny replace clutch…install tranny
goto phatg20.net and try to find your factory service manual and it might tell u step by step…but yea H-T would help
got a clutch alignment tool? $2.99 from AZ. may not need it, some people use the input shaft to center the clutch. don’t touch the friction edges! make sure you loctite those PP bolts when you stick it back in.
ill whip it in for $250 if your not feeling too confident…same day service at a NYS registered repair shop

I had a stock clutch in a '93 SE-R w/ 156k on it. Still would smoke the tires.
yeah my girlfriend’s accord has 177k and the kid we bought it from(99dx_hatch) said its never had a clutch replaced.
50,000 miles, got it in november of '03. It’s not time yet… but, I want to be ready
