i was looking around before and found a pic of some guys ignitor chip and he said its got a boost controller on it, is this true?
cause i’ve got the same looking thing on mine but i already played with it…its like giving a toy to a little boy, hes gonna touch it.
i have the stock boost controller on the plate that holds my ignitor chip.
i don’t have anything like that on my SR… but i do have greddy profec b-spec II
Yes, and a AIV cotroller I believe. You don’t want to use either… This boost controller just stops you from having fun in the lower gears (1st, 2nd, and 3rd I believe) by limiting the boost in those gears way below the max boost. The wastegate controls the maximum boost if you wnat to control it by a useful boost controller you’ll be increasing the boost, not decreasing it.

So if this boost controller limits my fun, i guess i have to get rid of it.
