like the title says is there a way to test a a/c compressor off of a car to make sure it works?

i dont know what you mean by that or not…but you can check if the clutch engages…by putting power to the plug and grounding the compressor. see if that clutch engage…if it does then im assuming it working? or plug the 2 holes with your finger and turn the clutch plate…if you feel pressure its another plus lol. im giving you a somewhat of a idea.

ah ok it makes sense. I wanted to test it because im swapping with a guy for a ac delete bracket + cash for my a/c system and he wanted me to make sure it worked
