Can’t wait for the season to start!

5,500 is a lot for 14K miles.

go with the cbr.

yeah, thats what I thought too, plus the CBR has alot of features i like, where as the R6 doesnt. If it were a newer R6 (new engine, style, frame) then i would consider it more

I’ll be honest, the only reason I bought another bike is because I seem to be the only person around here that’s into driving their cars. Everyone else just hard parks, I need the road. People with bikes are always riding somewhere 100 miles away, I’m lucky if I can get someone to cruise 5 miles in a car. I’ll hop on the bandwagon to go cruise.

this may have something to do with a bike getting 55mpg and most of the fast cars on here getting 20 and under.

i’d get about 35-38 on my 03’ r6:meh:

More like 35ish for that bike…You really can’t look toward a performance bike for saving money. Yeah gas will be cheaper, but the other costs associated amount to more in the long run.

Very true but this has been going on for years and the gas prices have just recently been getting bad.(recently as in the past 3 or so years)

yeah, i like to actually go places, and i figured with the bike, its more of a community of riders, unlike cars, where no1 wants to just go “driving” u know?

nobody goes driving anymore… i go out by myself all the time :frowning: it gets lonely

go with the cbr man. then join www.buffalostreetriders.com for more info on riding

deff go with the cbr

any reason in particular why Geico quoted me at $1074.86 a year while Progressive was only $274.95?? Fuck Geico, they have overpriced auto insurance and apparently motorcycle insurance too. lmao.

nice pick up man… enjoy it!!

:picard:

The CBR seems like your best bet.

yeah, i actually just spoke with my friend, he lives down in el paso now, he’s in the border patrol, and he’d rather buy a new bike down there than have the bike transported there, so he said if i’m interested, its mine for 6k.

screw weaver fever, that place is a rip off.

 I’ll be in the market starting next week. I’m getting my tax return on Friday. I’ll definately go riding this summer.

the R6 is a more comfortable bike than the CBR, but for the price of each and the miles, go with the Honda.

 to another bike on this board.

ride safe.

yay… be safe…
