Did you also notice where all that power is? Below 5000rpm, where you need it. Honda can’t make a motor that makes tourque, they never have, and they never will.
P.s. you have the wrong base motor there, it’s AWM engine code 180hp 180ft/lbs at the wheels.

Stock k20 is not faster than a stock 337 gti or Audi TT or turbo s beetle. The k20 comes in the heaviest civic they have ever made, so no it’s not faster when in the stock car. Maybe in a 2000 pound civic three door or some shit but not in the 3000lb stocker civic.
my car isnt a 3 door, its a sedan :tong…therefore it weighs more(still lighter than a type-r civic or rsx)…anyways ive shat on a TT and a modded GTI…
all these are boosted cars too, they need that little snail to help them go faster, theres MANY all motor k series running mid to low 10’s (street cars, not race cars), also TONS of k20’s running stock internals with a tune and nitrous(100-120 shot) running high 10’s (not talking shit about turboed cars im just saying, all motor kseries = NASTY! :bowdown)
BHP or WHP is meaningless if you can’t put it to the ground. Even then, powerband is what makes the difference. Start comparing a 500WHP NA to a 500WHP FI with other variables close to constant and you will see what I mean. I’ve also seen plenty of cars that make X but have a 2K powerband and fall out of the power during shifts. Just mentioning a single statistic from 1 point in the graph is misleading when doing any sort of real comparisons.
In the end, the only thing that really matters is who got from point A to point B the QUICKEST from a dig or FASTEST from a roll (I can’t believe I said that).
thats really REALLY pushing it. Thats an exclusive model that uses aftermarket parts that up the HP. Thats like me using the EVO FQ-400 (400chp) as an example if I ever had to defend the 4g63.
if you wanna do that than you have have to consider the srt4 factory staged upgrades… it’s factory, it’s fair game.
