yah. Where that launch is. I grew up in the town of round lake, my parents live there and so doesnt my grand mother. We know the people that posted it. You will be fine.
when you park at the boat launch, go straight across the lake to the back outlet stream. You can kayak all the way to the hudson if you wanted to.
well me and mike were in the gazette a few days ago with a fishing article. They talked about the fish we have been catching out of round lake.

I went out yesterday coght 2 carps and 15 sunfish one carp was almost 20lbs the other 16lbs
You guys should come up to lake champlain to fish where my camp is. Got a pontoon boat that could fit 6 comfortably one in each corner and 1 on each side.
where did you go? The carp are spawning right now so catching them is easier then giving candy to a baby

went out today with Mike and his father on Saratoga lake. I landed prolly around 50 fish, and mike and his dad werent very far behind.
all together, we caught well over 100 fish in 5 hours. Amazing day.
call me next time man , my kid has been killing me to go fishing
it was a last minute decision. Mike and his father were nice enough to take me out on the boat with them.

went up to my house changed, and went back to my pops to get my stuff and he was like, wana go to Saratoga they are hammering them I heard. BETTER THAN EXPECTED.
We hammered them like Drew said! It was actually comical, ever other cast I hear the grunt of a hookset and drag going out, Smoookin was SMOOOKIN the fish in. it was non stop. nothing big, but all decent sized. He did have a good sized norther break off on hookset right at the boat he saw the fish and said it was a 30"+… that was a bummer.
great night none the less!
HA…we caught 1 12" perch, several 8-10" rock bass and a few 10-12" LM bass in the paddle boast while eating chips and drinking soda with the boys!

just got back from another few hour trip on round lake with mike again…
he caught another WHALE of a large mouth. Freaken kid has the golden rod for monster large mouths. All 3 bass he has caught out of his few trips to round lake, most people dont even catch in a life time.
