I spoke with PSI Chick, the girl who signed up, and a few others on srt forums who are in the 11’s and 10’s. They recommended sticking with the 24.5 for a few reasons. She actually picked up 4 mph going from a 26" tire to a 24.5", and maintained the same 60’. The 26" was just too much tire, so it was wasted energy.
I was worried that I would have to shift into 5th gear, but I will be able to stay in 4th through the traps (at least off spray, I have no clue how much ill trap on spray), so it should still be OK. I guess there are a few people running 9’s in srt’s with a 24.5", so my goal of deep into the 11’s should be achievable. If not, there is always the option of buying new ones, again 
And yes, I will be watching KR and AFR when I am jetting the nitrous. I am pretty sure I will be scared to death the first time I spray it, hehe.
