Maybe there is a god, and maybe he really doesn't like abortion

Anyone catch the news about the debate last night? While Guiliani was explaining his view on abortion (“I’ve taken oaths of office to enforce the law. … My view on abortion is that it’s wrong, but government shouldn’t be forcing that decision on a woman”) lightning strikes started causing the microphones to cut out

 What are the odds?

I <3 Rudy. He handled that very well, and I’m right in line with his feelings about the subject. Now let me head over to weather.com and see if it’s safe for me to head out to lunch.

omg! no, i missed the debate. lmao

…and I concur.

ot, i’ve really got to do some work today.

Flip Flopper!!!

So he feels that it is wrong, but he swore to enforce the law? I don’t get it. I thought that as mayor and eventually president it would be his job to make/pass/change laws, not just enforce what’s there for 4 years. So is he saying that he will work against abortion when he is in office or is he saying that he will not change things within his power when he is in office?

Sorry but that response just seems like a total cop out to me, trying to appease both sides without actually taking a stance. :gotme: As president you set policy, and let those below you do the leg work of enforcing it. :gotme:

What is there not to get? He is not in office to pursue a personal agenda. He is in office to do what is best and fair for the people he represents.

He believes people should have a CHOICE… and not be FORCED into a life changing decision by government.

Juliani is the best Presidential candidate I have seen in years. He is a tough and straight up person and not a bullshit artist like most of the jerkoffs in politics.

Julianis policy is the FREEDOM to choose.

Pretty good remark on his part

Personally he believes it’s wrong. Constitutionally, he believes it’s legal. Pretty much sums up my feelings as well.

First, ok I didnt bother checking nor care when I wake up
Second, I still think he is a great candidate.

Violater, spelling the candidates name COMPLETELY wrong is no way to prove that you have the slightest bit o knowledge regarding that persons policies and political stances.

LOL.

Who cares about the spelling. The man has way more vowels in his name that anyone should.

Haha, whoops.

I am exhausted. Just got back from hiking Killington Peak in Vermont for 4 hours. Lol.

But dude should at least know what the first letter of Rudy’s name is!
