i go to PF in rotterdam every morning before work, sundays i hit it at 8-830

typical white man size.

how do you get in after they close? i guess you work there?

thought the closed at 7 on sundays?

Tips for someone thats 330 trying to get down to 290 by october 28th? WITHOUT a gym membership.

actually just returning to lifting after a motorcycle accident.

When i first tried to come back 6 months ago, i had terrible lower back pain within 2 weeks (this chronic pain actually existed before the accident).

I did 6 months of core exercises (the plank, isometric things like that). pain never went away till I happend to buy something called ‘the stick’. You may have seen football players in the early 2000s using it on the side lines, looks like a rolling pin with beeds on it. used it like 4 times a day and the pain was gone in a week.

then i went back to lifting and within two weeks the pain is back. Been using the stick and its keeping it under control. Highly recomend it for anyone with chronic muscle pain or even just as a recovery tool.

sundays are usually my day off. i might be down tho, switch chest to sundays, unless thats what all you guys would be doing.

eat less.

thats a bit facetious but one thing i’ve learned is the further you get from 18 the more it matters what you do/dont eat in terms of losing weight

it sucks, but Cardio as much as possible start running. i was up to 270 last year, started running everyday for 3 months i lost 30 pounds. feel A LOT better.

Get aids

^^ lol, consider suplimenting protien shakes for meals.

a pound of muscle uses so many calories a day just sitting there. adding muscle is the best way to loose weight.

problem is that its hard if not impossible to lose fat while gaining muscle. after a certain point at least

Thanks i was being serious though… I cut back alot on the garbage and shit that i used to eat. Started drinking alot of water yet its like 5lb +/- a week. last week i was 337 this morning i was 330.2

40lbs is cake for big boys like you and I. Drop down to a 1500 calorie diet and you’ll be past that goal by October. I did 120lbs in 6 months before, I felt awesome after.

Maybe not 40 i would be happy with 25 by october. I need to be careful as i would prbly need a new tux. for my wedding on the 28th lol

sounds like you are doing real good then.

if you can find a place to do dips with parallel bars you don’t need a gym. dips are like a squat for your upper body

needing a new tux wouldn’t be such a bad thing?
