Muay Thai or Krav Maga

bold statement…

Mad dirty? First thing I’m going to do is eye gouge you or kick you in the balls. Then I’ll kimora your ass and make you tap out, or better yet, ARM BARS!!! yay!

lol @ what sureshot(!!!) will think of that post, at least the first part.

This is similar to my “crackhead” mode. If i am feeling exhausted and like i dont have any other options left cause im being PWND. I will get to a standing position and throw an all out assult it is actually just a cover for the fact i am just tying to take one last shot at a god ground position but it has worked a few times other times i just got more PWNED.

AARON DONT COPY ME

IM SORRY JIM

Thanks for

taking it seriousley LOL

My plan is to wait till you come out of a bathroom throw 2-3 really good sucker punches with a solid groin kick then take off cause im really fast.

:stuck_out_tongue:

cool… no low blows though… im referring to you aaron

im excited bout it tomorrow… ill let you know what happens. judging by what the girl said it sounds pretty intense both conditioning and training

my one concern is that being bigger, that my size will hurt me more than help. when i wrestled, it was the smaller guys that whipped my ass cause they had all the leverage

lol word, it’s true!

That’s Krav alright. :lolsign:

For as much as I talk shit though, I wouldn’t wanna fight someone trained in Krav- as they definitely train with no rules, and on the street… well that’s it.

Someone mentioned the Human Weapon episode of Krav earlier, and it brought out a few great points. Jason Chambers’ main style is BJJ ( mine ) and when he took on the guys wielding a knife, he definitely got fucked up and his style proved worthless.

It’s true though, if I was in a 1 on 1 fight with someone I know I’d try and take them to the ground as soon as possible, and if they had a knife, id probably get stabbed :frowning:

Lastly- grappling is the best workout, no joke

Ugh, last thing:

A Krav guy came to my gym wearing his krav brown belt ( )

and while he looked really out of shape, he had energy and determination that lasted for days, so maybe the conditioning associated with that style is legit.

he still got tooled on the ground by everyone at the gym though

If im fighting someone with a knife i hope i have my running sneakers on.

only way to know how to defend against a knife is to learn to fight with one…

i also learned how to knock out a dog if ever attacked…(it involves taking a bite followed by a quarter turn and a knee to the canine’s HEAD)

ok… youre now officially my hero… anyone that knows that in life has my respect

You are right about the knife thing but trust me when i tell you some things are better left alone. Training is one thing reality is another.

of course, but you are better off with training and preparation; physically; technically, and mentally most importanly… ly

correct…i would still run lol

yea i hear ya… i would keep a distance of course and utilize kicks to inner forearm, or other various stuff

we also train sometimes with a slippery floor, to imitate wet grass or snow

Where do you train?

its an hour train ride from here in Bangkok

WAT?
