I honestly would have expected faster too. Time to tune that thing, smelled real rich when you left swerve the other day.

Car is gunna look nasty as fuck with the matching skinnies up front. Looked super good with the slicks out back.

That is flying having not been tuned and people can believe me if they want but i was shifting at 6400 and pulled into second at about 5k on accident. You expect me to go 10s my second pass ever in it? LOL

Agreed 2nd pass ever. I had just turned up the 2-step and shift light and was hoping for a lowwwwww 11 over 120 but i will get it next time.

did you say you ordered a rear diffuser or something?

I was thinking about it but I am trying to figure out what to do to make the rear strong enough to drag but keep IRS. Obv this is not ideal and I will break whatever I put in probably but I am exploring options. I am excited to get a new rear, tuned, drop more weight then chase 10s cam-only this season. Probably a long shot but that is the goal.

There was a guy who made a few kits that use the ford Cobra IRS center section.

You sir are confused. Still has everything necessary to be a road race car. Why can’t I drag race it too? Just to be clear…
This car WILL NOT get a solid rear and will still see road racing events. However drag racing is fun too. This car was built ground up for a reason…to build the car how I wanted it. it is dedicated to do what I want it to and not any specific type of racing. :slight_smile:

hahaha i know! Honestly the 11.8 was a very easy shakedown run. I am super stoked on that time for how easy i drove it and being untuned!!! STOKED!

I am going to wrench monday and think I am going to swap to a ford IRS that I will probably still explode.
