so no auto trans? good.
more info on the undercoating? price/etc? I am putting in some floor sections in the bmw this week am thinking what to use for the whole inside floor and underneath. I was going to use a truck bed liner kit from autozone or someplace
No auto trans for now…once I meet my 6-sp goals, maybe.

Your alternator is gonna have to go up top with having the truck mani kit, on zee passenger side head.
You are wrong. On an rx7 you can not do that because it results in a hood that will not close. Remember I am running v-banded truck manis and can change where they shoot out. This bracket should work. If not the other option for me is I ditch power steering and use this mount.
Nice! Compressors are great… but LOUD when you’re working right next to them.
That is one of the reasons to buy a man sized one. Thing will not run often at all haha.
It’s actually pretty quiet too compared to some of the other ones I’ve used.
Drew can you get a welder up and running now? Or is it still gonna be a sketchy load coming in?
I ran the new power so that I can run the 220 air compressor and welder. I will have the welder here later in the week I have to go pick it up. I ran a total of 80 amps out there now. I made it so that it is setup on two boxes
Box 1 = 20 Amps does all of my lighting and has a few switches through the garage(this is what was there before.
Box 2 = 60 Amps split between 2 220 outlets and 2 110 outlets.
So I made it so that I have 2 heavy duty 220 and 110. Then a bunch of 110 throughout for weak/random stuff on the original setup still.
I hope this solves any power issues I could possibly have haha.
Miller or Lincoln?
Miller mig setup
Cleannnnn…
i like the 220 setup, nice.
if the car is being repainted, why are you masking off and only doing certain sections at a time? why not paint the whole thing at once, that way you dont have any tape lines anywhere. or is the underside and wheelwells going to be some type of undercoating instead?
I just came in from finishing up exactly your last thought! I did the wheel wheels, under the rear bumper and fender skin, and entire underbody in a 3M undercoat. Not 100% if I am painting the car yet. The paint is new from last year. The only other 100% thing paint wise getting done is the engine bay.
I LOVED! the no cleanup 3M spray system. Dope.
gotcha, nice. i used that 3m undercoating on my car. nice stuff.
Yeah I liked the throw away sprayers keeping the gun clean, it was nice. Pics in a min.
