AHHH the turbo is so cute and little, I wanna wear it around my neck!
Your man card…leave it on the table…you don’t deserve it anymore after this comment…

 Awesome.
That linkage looks perfect.
I lost that thing a long time ago
Newman! You’re a mastermind. As always, keep up the great work!
So I was out of town for a few weeks having some fun with parachutes:
But then I got back into the shop yesterday. Made this caliper bracket, and added a return spring to the brake linkage. Everything came out well. Then I made a friend:
I knew this shit was for the birds.
oh good you’re back…but now I’m leaving tomorrow until sunday for a wedding. DAMN IT! I need to grab that brake master back if you’re done with it…
Wingsuit and bird in the same post? Hmmm.
I had put it in my mailbox preemptively in case you needed it. I actually have two of them now. And two pull-type ones.
shit, had I known that I would’ve grabbed it lol. If the wiring wasn’t giving me such a headache I’d have been needing it badly. Wiring and brakes are about all that’s left before I can ride it.
So I made a bracket to mount those British tank taillights tonight. A little cad action:
Then more stuff:
And then I welded it all together. It was at this point that I realized it looked way to bulky…
So I cut it back apart and basically mirrored it so that the support (and the cool fancy slots) were hidden. Firmly welded to the sissy and a tab on the axle plate:
This pic is fucking awesome. The bike is coming along ok as well.
How much adjustment is there in the shifter lever and brake lever? I think you’ll have to raise them both for them to be comfortable while riding. Look at the shifter. There’s no way you’ll be able to get your foot under the lever with your arch on the footpeg. Your knees are going to be bent so much with the pegs so high. Maybe the pics are deceiving me?
They’re both lined up to where it’s comfortable for me on the bike. And there is no shifter on the bike yet. There is, however, a clutch pedal.
This picture is for those “forum” members that think just because you own/have access to nice tools that your hands don’t still get torn up and dirty.
Nice build. Very Impressive.
As evidence to how cool this build is and you are, you just had to put a bird on it.
