Are you guys using the PCA club track and markers?
Sorry, should have included this in my previous post. Since I’m new I don’t know if you are all aware or not, but the folks at Namao require any vehicles attending an event at the base must be registered 1 week in advance for security reasons. They won’t let you through the 2nd gates (to the airstrip) otherwise.

Yes, we are fully aware of this. Just working on the registration forms and what not right now.
Also, we are making our own track layout with our pylons.
So what kind of speeds can you expect on average with this more open course? I’m interested but I’d liek to know more about it. I’m not interested in a tight autox course which I know you said it wasn’t already but can someone maybe post an overhead of what the course might look like?

Depending on the insurance specs, we are looking to have a fairly long straight, making around the 140kph mark (depending on car of course). We have no idea what the course is going to look like yet. Like said earlier, we are still making time to do this in our personal spare time. lol.
Dave, if you would like to help, I don’t see why not.
If we cut the course down to 1 minute which is what we are thinking of doing, you should be able to go pretty fast especially if you have power 160+
