My GF just spilled nail polish remover all over her BB. She backed it up on her computer despite not being able to use her buttons and I told her not to worry about it and just get a new phone through insurance…

… but she tells me VZW only gives refurbished phones under insurance, not new. Is this garbage true?

yea, all carriers’ insurance policies replace with “certified like new devices”.
