meh… i heard this the other day… its like they tried TOO hard to have some crazy solo’s but couldnt quite finish… id love to see the old back but its like they cant to it just yet…
heard the new stuff, just as crappy and the everything else. After the Black Album they could have retired and I wouldn’t have had a problem with it.
you cant really expect a band to sound the same as they did 20+ yrs ago and still retain commercial success…its good for what it is but agreed it is definitely not 80s metallica. it is much better than st anger, load, reload, that stupid xmas album…
ac/dc aerosmith… those are the two real quick ones that jump to mind…
