As for plans on this car. He can’t be putting serious turbo mods on this thing until a better transmission is sourced, and that happens to be a tricky one to find…
As for his intentions, rebuilding the T25 is plenty. The stock ECU is perfect for what he needs, if anything we can reflash the chip in it with ECUflash via opensource and an EEPROM socket, or use an SAFC (I’d prefer the second choice and leave the first to the pro’s).
One thing he could use power wise is bigger injectors (already has em, just has to tune for them), port and polish, mls 1.2mm hg and head studs.
What the car REALLY needs is a p/s rack since the one in it was neglected by the past owner, new boots were never installed (they were replaced in the past though). Also, some mounts would definitely help as well as some GR-2’s (or AGX’s if he’s feeling lucky).
