Nissan GTR buyer agreement

I got a hold of this at work today. This is the buyer agreement that the new owner has to sign before they can take delivery of thier new GTR.

Read through it, its rediculous. they are specific enough to point out all bumps, squeaks and noises the car can and will make.

we were supposed to get out first one around the 15th of this month, but i heard it got bumped to sept.

I’ts sold to an out of state buyer allready though for $10,000 over sticker.

i like the section on the last page that talks about the data recorder that records detail about the car. the next section below that states the warranty will not be honored if the car is used for racing. think these two are related?

why build a car like this and sell if it’s not supposed to be beat on?

Sounds to me like they know a bunch of douche bags that don’t know anything about performance are going to buy these.
