if it were illegal, then it would be like trying to buy a radar detector in virginia or some shit… they won’t sell it.

Yes I have window tint…But I don’t have neons or a liscence plate cover, so I wouldn’t know.

neons r legal…jsut as long as they r not on when u drive…tint is allowed just to a certain degree…

dude im not trying to start anything but this is the stupidest thing i have every heard. just like rrk5485 said you can buy tint and plate covers. air ride suspension is illegal and you can buy them and fireworks all fireworks are illegal in pa too and you can buy them here too so to quote rrk5485 whats your point.
