Keep that GPS, Sync and WiFi off till use… there are so many apps to quick kill them. Youll see results immediately.
As for the copy/paste/clicking links comments - has anyone tried LongPress on there? I was watching a video online showing how easy it is to use and what it does differently based on what you’re doing. See a pic online you want for a contact? Press and hold, it brings up a menu so you can copy the pic or set it as a contact picture.

Not the video I was thinking of, but it shows what I’m trying to explain
H
for the tenth time, I’m using the droid Eris not the regular droid
right so you dont have version 2.0 sooo why not wait and get what you want?
as i’ve already stated many times, however I will repeat once again, the motorola droid is too bulky for my tastes, personally.
also, I didn’t qualify for a phone upgrade, so I was able to get this phone at a discount but the motorola would be more. don’t want to pay $300 for a phone I don’t want when I can pay $200 for a phone I do (iphone).
thats not what i was saying but ok
Got mine today
Got a few demo units coming this way for us to test out.
STILL have a problem where my text messaging crashes when coming back from idle. VERY annoying
I need some good apps
shazam movies sportstap taskiller craigsphone flaslight photoshop bubble backgrounds ringdroid throttlecopter woot checker
have you had a chance to use sportstap? how often does it update for you because i have mine set to update every minuet but it dont, more like every 30min
hummm… found a big downfall… I can’t save excel documents… what the hell is up with that?
do you have any programs on there that can read one?
documents to go reads excel documents but its not free
I can read them, but I can’t save it to my phone… or edit.
you need to buy the pay version of docs to go
weaksauce.
doesnt google docs do it? im not sure.
I looked through the free apps and none of them let you edit. The default app is “quick office”
