^lets say you play angry birds for 10 minutes… with the battery status app showing 90% at the beginning… whats your battery like after 10 minutes?
same thing with Internet on 3g.

there are times i play angry birds for 20min or so… if battery for me was at 90%…it would prob drop to somewhere in mid to low 80’s
with pretty heavy use (txts, angry birds, browsing, network always on, blue tooth on at times during day), i can go a good 16 hours and the phone at that point is at 15%-20%
hmmmm maybe its not soo bad… but its down to 84% already… so stupid.
are you in a 4g area and/or have your 4g turned on?
I’ve got a co-worker with an epic 4g and he says the 4g networks just rape his battery.
All the antennas are off… minus 3g and phone…
im not in a 4g area.
On a related note, I was previously running the Bugless Beast ROM on my Droid 1. For a while I’d been noticing shitty battery, slowness, and a few other bugs. Reverted back to stock + root yesterday and it is worlds better.
Unplugged for 51 hours, 30% left and just played angry birds for 5-10 minutes

I play angry birds on the crapper for at least 20 minutes. If my battery drains 10% that’d be a lot. I’ve even driven to my fiancee’s house listening to a podcast via the browser and my battery really didn’t wear that much. As far as I can tell when I’m listening to that podcast the screen also stays on. I also use a Brightness Toggle Widget in order to lower my brightness lower than the stock power control widget

Don’t you hate having to close angry birds to answer a text/email?
No, I just hit home… do my things, then hold the home key and click angry birds and press resume… not really an issue
I don’t get the option to resume…If I do the home function it closes the game and when I go back in it starts over…Not a huge deal but kinda annoying.
Yea mine doesn’t do that lol. I have other issues.
