When listening to music, and it switches to the next song, it cuts off the sound. its still “playing” the song, but no sound is coming out.

edit: ok it didnt do it that time, but i didnt have media player on the screen either. hrm.
On Pandora? Because Pandora’s a known no-go. I’ve got no problems with Slacker though.

Go up and try to scroll forward in a song. Does the thing hardly move even though you roll and roll and roll and then all of a sudden jump way farther forward randomly?
Pisses me right the hell off because I listen to a lot of audio books 
and am always fast forwarding 20 minutes to where I left off last time.

:tdown: Must be an 8330 bug. My media player (aside from the little scrolling issue) has never given me a problem. Doesn’t look like yours though. Looks the same as on 4.7.
Yea that beta that’s out kinda screwed my texting/ phone up so im moving back to the old gay 4.7 until they release the official version of the new one…anyone have a clue when thats going to be???

I was upgrading to 5.0.0.230 and it bricked twice while upgrading using Windows 7.
Haven’t tried it on a Vista machine yet. PITA I tell ya…
You must be doing it wrong. I’ve done it on XP and Vista.
Install 5.0 exe file. Launch Desktop Manager, “yes I would like to upgrade to 5.0”, make a sammich, eat said sammich, enjoy 5.0.
i had to use the app loader in the new os system folder.
