i think buffalo is going to go from a 8 game winning streak to a 8 game losing streak
I still think it’s a good time of the year to mess up a little. Instead of waiting for the playoffs. I still have faith in the team. 
I mean after losing to ottowa when the streak started they really didnt have to worry about much. They are in the playoffs for sure, its really their only time to rest for the playoffs. This month is the busiest for them, unfortunately its during alot of tough games.

the big picture going on right now is the sabres are not playing 3 periods of hockey, and its crap hockey that is going to lose in the playoffs
first half of the season, we went out and played 150% every game every period…we played desperate and it won games for us…everyone made their plays, everyone covered their assignments, everyone made their hits
now, we’ve got injuries throughout the season, players aren’t skating at that same 150%, and not finishing their hits. we’ve got comfortable in our standing and the other teams are playing desperate now, whereas we only wake up for a period or two. last night was different in which we slacked off in the third, which we haven’t really done all season, almost like we got comfortable with our two goal lead in the 2nd. that bothers me.
i seriously think some of you are ignoring some of this and calling me a hater, but im sitting here watching the sabres night in and night out like i have since i was a kid. you call it hate, i call it critique, but the fact is, right now they are NOT playing like a stanley cup team, nor are they playing like a team that is going to make it through either the rangers or philly in the first round. flat out, they need to wake the fuck up else this season is going to implode in the playoffs…
I agree that they need to wake up a bit but you can’t worry to much. “OMG they are losing the world is over.” You can’t think that way. A slump is a slump… teams have them. We were pretty lucky this year that we never had a major one.
6 games is a pretty major slump to me…1 point out of a possible 12…catching ottawa is now impossible and the rangers/flyers are now close to knocking us out of home ice advantage
yes i can worry “too much” b/c this is the absolute worst time to go on a slump…heading into the playoffs…

HOLY FUCKING NAVOTNY. I LOVE this guy. No seriously, im in love with him and im probably gonna stalk him.
Im really suprised he hasnt been getting as much attention as he deserves. The play he made when lundvquist robbed him and then skated all the way back to center in like .5 seconds to break up that play was amazing. This is the kind of guy we need on our team and we keep pyatt and not navotny then ill be shitting piss for like a week.
