grilled cheese and ham on italian bread dipped in ketchup… so good.

For dinner I made this veggie sandwich recipe:

Sauce: 1/4 cup mayo, 3 cloves garlic, teaspoon lemon juice
Bread: Should be sliced foccaccia, I used a big roll
Filling: Grilled red pepper, grilled red onion, grilled zuchini, grilled squash
Cheese: Feta
Extra: Spritz of balsalmic vinegar

That was delicious. But not satisfying so I just made another with a big chicken breast. Much better.

sounds pretty good with the chicken breast, I’ll be trying that

the other night i scrambled some eggs melted some kraft 1% american on top fryed up some bacon and put it all between some fresh grands flaky buttermilk muffins… delicious

I’ve got a few healthy sandwiches that I eat on a regular basis.

  1. Grilled Buffalo Chicken: Grilled chicken breast tossed in Tabasco (I’m no pus). Topped with organic iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion and a sauce made with chili powder, Greek Yogurt (plain) and crumbled buttermilk blue cheese.

  2. Turkey Cranberry Club: Wegmans Just Turkey or Applegate Farms Organic Turkey. Wegmans uncured applewood smoked bacon, Adams Reserve extra sharp cheddar, on Organic Ezekiel 4:19 whole grain bread. I top it with cranberry mayo which is made with an orange slice, a few cranberries, a pinch of sugar, and kraft olive oil mayo in the food processor.

  3. Balsamic Blue Burger: 8oz Wegmans Organic stew beef ground (just ask the butcher, he’ll do it). Grill up the burger with salt and pepper. In a skillet saute mushrooms and red onions. Add a TBSP Wegmans Balsamic Glaze. At the last second toss in some spinach. Serve with Buttermilk Blue Cheese on a nice whole grain bun. These go great with roasted sweet potato wedges.

Had a pulled pork on wheat pita today. Unusually awesome combo. I hate wheat/whole grain breads but my mom is all about the natural foods and it was at her house. Didn’t need cheese or anything.

Pulled pork served hot, pita room temp, and I ate it with a side of steamed broc.

A buddy of mine was just telling me about how his wife left him to fend for himself for dinner last week. He found frozen breaded chicken breasts, steak-ums, and mozzarella sticks. You can do the math…

cant go wrong with a turkey club…

2 pieces italian bread, 2 pieces of swiss cheese, 4 pieces of hard salami.

Grill it with some course ground black pepper, just like you would normal grilled cheese.

Dip it in a spicey brown mustard, would also work with genowa (sp?) salami.

for reference, tops hard salami, is way better than the shit I just had from wegmans.

i really want a nice roast beef sandwich with provolone and au jus right now.

Toasted sub roll, Tons of pastrami, Ham, 3 types of cheese, salami, and turkey, and youl have yourself a masterpiece!

i just made one for dinner b4 i went out. so good

i might have to go to tops right now to satisfy my craving. faaccckkk. wait. is the deli even open right now? i do not buy pre-packaged shit.

pre-packaged shit isint always bad, but the deli fresh is un-beatable

I love fresh hard roll from tops or wegmans with yellow american cheese, frenches mustard, and a shit load of pepper. MMMMMM

Right now profit lies in the current sammich I’m eating.

Wegmans Italian dressing flavored chicken breast, filleted real thin
Wheat bread w/mayo (or Miracle Whip in my case)
Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese sliced thin

Prepare dressing on bread, both sides. One side gets the cheese, other gets the chicken. Place both slices in toaster oven for 5 mins on 350 til cheese is nice n bubbly. Remove.

Sammich those two sumbitches together, enjoy awesomeness.

So…

Hard roll
American Cheese “Product”
Mustard
Pepper

?

That’s no-joke the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever heard described in my entire life. :open_mouth:
