Hey guys if there is anyone who really wants to come down for the cruise but is strapped for cash (and I know that feeling), and cant find a hotel room to crash on I would be willing to give you a place to crash. If you can get yourself here I can help you out. It wont be the Ritz but it’ll do.

And thus far from what I have herd Friday night will be big up in Pontiac.

If anyone’s got room in their room at the hampton and wants to spend a little less on paying the room cost, me and my buddy are looking to stay in the hampton but their full…the back up plan is the hotel down the street but i’d rather stay with everyone else…lemme know

I think everyone had that same problem, a lot of hotels are totally booked! My room is packed.

Also it looks like we’re going to need to push back our leaving time because a few guys are stuck working.

Is this revised Friday schedule going to be a problem for you guys?

Friday August 20th

  • NY Crew meet at Mighty Taco on Eggert Road at 6pm and will leave at 6:30pm to meet the Ontario Crew.
  • Ontario Crew meet at Home Depot at 8pm where we’ll be meeting up with the NY Crew and leaving the Home Depot shortly after. (Later if the boarder wait is long.)
  • Both crews will then head to MI and our hotel. To view this route, CLICK HERE!
  • Arrival at the hotel about midnight depending on stops, bathroom, etc.

This pretty much eliminates going out Friday night, but we still have Saturday.

Yea well worst comes to worst, the cars pretty damn comfy, but im coming regardless, can’t miss this. If anyone has room gimme a shout.
As far as the schedule it might even be better that we’re leaving around then because

  1. The later it gets, the amount of cars on the road goes down
  2. Twilight driving is amazing for filming so I’m pumped for that
  3. Boarder traffic will be substantially less

P.S. anyone know if radar detectors are illegal in Michigan?

Yea not sure if I’m coming yet. It’s my in-laws 65th wedding anniversary party on Saturday ( I would much rather go to Woodward) not sure if I can get out of it. If I go, Mike (02NismorSpecV) and I will be leaving on Thursday morning to go to the car show on Thursday night.
