well unfortunately i will not be going to this. my front tires are corded and i wont be able to get new ones in time. Jack Roush wont be there for me to get my car signed, i have nothing to do there on Friday since everyone is coming later. so just a whole bunch of stuff just didn’t add up to make it worth it for me to go. and we’re currently 2nd in the points race at lake erie for the late model so ill be able to crew on Saturday now.
so that being said, my room is up for grabs if someone wants it or wants to split it whatever. let me know asap and we can set things up. thanks

I just called and transferred the reservation to your name. The confirmation # is 81498727. The rate is now $89 per night because of the shortened stay. This is the same rate Josh is paying though. Also, when I gave Taunya (reservation desk clerk) your name she informed me that you already had a reservation in your name. You need to call and give them a credit card number. I also asked her for a guaranteed late check in because you guys are getting there so late on Friday night. This is 02NismoSpecV’s mom by the way. How late a meet goes depends on how the police feel at the time. I expect that the roads up in Pontiac will still be pretty fun in the late hours.

My mazda will have enough trouble hauling all that is man around.
Just made the trip from Buffalo to MI through CAN last Sunday night and here are things I ran into:
-Grand Island Bridge had 1 side down and caused a ~20 min delay
-Bridge construction (before Hamilton) ~20 min delay
-403 section closed after 10pm with a back road detour ~15 min delay

Also not sure where your entrance point into MI will be but there was a bunch of construction on the 402 near Sarina and on the 94 from Port Hurion down.
I decided to take the 401 to the tunnel and went smoothly, but if I was rocking a manual vehicle I would avoid the tunnel and probably take the Ambassador Bridge (they also have duty free gas on the bridge).
That’s our route. I’m sure we’ll hit some crap along the way.
Looks like you will miss 2 of the 4 problems I mentioned as long as you get past the 403 before 10pm.
I would check one of these before you hit the road. You could have an hour wait at Lewiston bridge and only 15 mins at Rainbow or vise versa
