it does not matter. Before you proceed into traffic it needs to be clear. No matter how fast the object is traveling.
People avoid getting charged with it all the time if the bike was speeding.
I have a feeling we are about to see a report of another bike crash. Sitting at work right now near Harris Hill and Main. Biker goes cruising buy with full throttle… Just hear it scream by. 2 seconds after… state trooper goes flying by with lights going. 2 minutes later… Clarence fire hall is going off. Medics go by and the fire truck in the same direction not even 10 minutes later.
The way the bike was moving… My first comment. “He’s going to get busted” Then the state trooper. Followed by a coworker - “he’s going to kill himself” (2 minutes later, fire hall sounds off)

Guy died… 120mph Apparently on buffalo news already.
according to the buffalo news:
A motorcyclist was killed in an accident about 9 a.m. Wednesday near Harris Hill Cemetery on Main Street in Clarence.
The car was traveling east on Main and the motorcyclist was westbound, apparently traveling at a high rate of speed, when it crossed into the eastbound lane and collided head on with the black BMW, according to state police.
The motorcyclist appeared to be a young man in his 20s.
The mangled motorcycle, caught fire, and came to rest on the eastbound shoulder of the road.
All I can say is that I hope the occupants of the impacted vehicle are ok.
Tell me about it, apparently 120mph head on. The bike would be in the rear seats.
Must have been late for work…
My buddy lives about 200ft away from where this happened, guess he was speeding over 100mph and there are body parts scattered all over the road.
I feel bad for the guy if he was friends with anyone on here.:roll2:
BN reporting motorcycle rider was in his 20’s. Hit a black BMW.
Chances those involved are on here just went up significantly.
Eh on the BMW part the dealership is right there and there are a million black BMWs in that area.
Pretty stupid to speed in that area is always congested with traffic and its a 35mph zone
Chances of me felling bad… only for the families involved. Sorry but sitting here and knowing/seeing/hearing the bike… he had it coming. How do you figure at 9am on a work day, it would be smart to hit 120 and run from cops on Main St heading towards Transit road right around Harris Hill. traffic sucks there!
Reports that the bike burst into flames too.
I just cant feel bad that this guy ended his life… it could be/have been one of my family members or friends that were hit by this actions.

Not much different but that area is 40mph. Changes from 45mph around Samuels to 40mph going all the way to transit and past that.
And the BMW wont be a dealer one since it was before opening time.
The BMW dealership opens at 8am for service and 9am for sales…My point was there are a ton of BMWs around that area all the time.
“The crash was reported at 9:08 a.m.”
A message from another friend of mine:
“That accident was right by my work. Kid got pulled over, had no plate on the bike, cop got back in the car to run the license and the kid took off. Someone was test driving a BMW and the kid was riding the center lane and hit the BMW. The head from the kid riding was in the front seat of the BMW”
Oh my apology, I thought it was like 9 or 10am. I just knew the accident was right at about 9am which would make it most likely not a dealer car.
oh man, thats a shitty test drive.
That’s no way to get ahead in life.
What’s the difference between a BMW and a porcupine?
A BMW only has 1 prick?
