so sad to hear, RIP man :frowning:

wow, this thread really reminds me why I cant get a bike. Really want one but damn…

“… pulled into the center lane of traffic at high speed and struck a car…”

Not good.

I’m in shock. He was a nice kid.

I doubt that was what happened, the news always says more then what it was, but if that’s the case that’s horrible. He served our country lots of respect for him.

so sad to see these :frowning: RIP

drove past this today. must have just happened. only 1 cop on the scene at the time. there were a ton of ppl gathering around and it looked serious by how they were acting. saw parts in the road and a bike on its kickstand near the Chrysler but had no idea another biker wrecked. poor guy, RIP

wow so sad

it seems like each generation goes through the motorcycle phase and it takes an accident like this for the “group” to realize bikes just arent safe on the street

i feel like an old man saying this but it just sucks seeing it happen year after year, i lost a friend on a bike years ago and i refuse to get back on one

Rip

Still don’t miss motorcycles at all, not even one bit.

“21-year-old Eric Fontaine was killed just before 5 p.m. on Transit Road near Lee Street. Police say Fontaine was speeding down Transit when he hit a vehicle exiting the U-Haul Lot.
A witness, who didn’t want to be identified, told Eyewitness News he saw the victim weave his motorcycle into the center lane and accelerate to get through traffic.
“He hit the center lane on Transit Road,” said the witness. “Instead of going the normal speed, he decided to go 90 miles per hour, maybe more, maybe about 100 miles per hour, and a Chrysler 300 was pulling out a U-Haul. An older guy, about 75-year-old was pulling out a U-Haul, and the bike smashed right into him.”
The driver of the vehicle has not been identified. So far, no charges have been filed.”

Too damn young and completely avoidable.

RIP :frowning:

Sixty-nine-year-old Rosemond Johnson of North Tonawanda was cited for changing lanes unsafely.

So guys like Chris go to jail for street racing (remember neon mustang race where the mustang crashed and they died?) but old farts that shouldn’t be driving get a ticket. This country is f’ed.

Take responsibility for you’re actions. I hope this guy gets his BALLS sued off in court.

That’s a really big stretch. Even for this forum.

Illegally street racing (felony)/causing a wreck and death of two ppeople vs. changing lanes unsafely (traffic ticket)/resulting in motorcycle accident

Yes, he will get sued. 69 is hardly too old to drive. 89? You might have a point. 69 year olds are still working.

I just heard he was riding with his dad who is a cop. They were weaving through traffic.

Ok everyone keep your mother fucking comments to Urself , he was with his friend at the time Eric never had a dad, who was around he only had me his grandma and his mom who were closer to him than anyone else as well as derek as far as the counter for bikes go fuck Urself keep ur comments to Urself

Odd, this thread was all laughs a month ago.

Well then.
