I thought this was quite amusing
Number of deaths due to street racing in the world in 2004: 141
Number of deaths due to falling coconuts in the world in 2004: 151
Number of deaths due to children falling into five gallon buckets in 2004: 487

How do you die from falling into a bucket…? Hmmm at least that is 487 stupid kids the world doesn’t have to worry about anymore.
sources?
Go post this on Canadian lifestyle community forums, they strongly believe that all street racers should have their cars crushed and should be shot and killed. I think they should be shot and killed for being such bangwagon hopping little superficial idiots who are addictied control freaks and need mental help.
half the time you hear about Street Racing deaths it’s some idiot in his mom’s minivan racing another idiot in his dad’s SUV…
Word. There should be another statistic on how many of those were involving modified cars. I wanna laugh at the idiots in charge of this province when the number shows up to be 0-5
im sure they already know, but if they admit they know they no longer have a reason for their crusade
:bsflag:
Toddlers, people leave water or whatever in the bucket. Toddlers climb in upside down and drown.
I highly doubt that this number of 141 is true.
When I was in my 3rd year of highschool 2 people died from street racing, separate incidents.
This is in Oakville of all places, where people ONLY die of natural causes… and i guess in two cases, street racing.
I’m sure in a place like the united states there are at least a few a day… probably more like 10-20.
somehow I doubt all the street racing accidents in the world are even reported let alone tagged as racing
as for falling into buckets… I’m sure that happens in poor countries that equally don’t report with reliability
so the whole thread is bs, statistically 65% of statistics are inaccurate, and 54% are fabrications to support an underlying argument
link please, im bored and need somthing to do.
you can search toronto street racing in the search and find a bunch of threads on the new laws and stuff, but I would reccomend starting a new thread.
