I was going to say this also, I remember when I got my clutch from Varun. When I met him I didnt know that he also did engine swaps. But when I told him where I was getting my swap done he said good things.

I think you’re hanging out with the wrong people mang. I’ve heard people talk shit about others at meets and such, and I don’t talk to those people anymore. There’s a lot of people out there, that are shit talkers, and you just realize they are, and steer clear. I talk shit about people too, but very much in the open. Everyone knows I hate Ahmed and Jay Peterson. At the same time, I don’t have a problem with anyone else, and I don’t say shit about anyone else, public or private.
Some shops talk shit, others don’t. One of my friends on this site that sells an item, referred me to someone else, because they knew that they can get better pricing on it. This is the kinda thing that will happen once you get to know real people. They know respect and friendship is more important than short term gains.
Anyway, life’s what you make it. If you’re cool, and you don’t talk about people behind their backs, pretty soon, you’ll find that everyone else that is the same way will flock to you. People that talk shit come together, and people that don’t like to talk shit come together.
I met good dudes at the last meet actually. Didn’t really hang with the shit talkers but you hear things. BS is expected. I think I saw Varun on the highway actually. He passed me. 4 cops in one day is enough to make a guy chill.
