Motor came in today as expected. I gotta paint it red now since it came black. I requested red tho but oh well

its not as purrrrty tho. i like pretty motors. I already painted my accessory brackets black to go on the red block. It was gonna look pretty awesome but its all black now and i dont like it

well i’m using Ford Red hahaha and yes your motor was an inspiration to mine. I liked how yours looked red in a black engine bay/black car with red interior.
It will go well with the suspension parts that are all red. Gotta coordinate
You gotta be careful. Too much color will make it look ghetto. If you notice, mine is just a red longblock & accy brackets. Everything else in the engine compartment is black/original color for the most part. You want the motor to be the focal point. If your suspension is all red, than I would leave the motor black. There is a fine line in looking too busy & looking good.
