Here some quick shots of my 89 Iroc-z Camaro with 18/19" C6 wheels. OEM competition gray wheels. 19x10 and 18x8.5. Tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 295/30/19 out back, and Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Positions 255/40/18 up front

4th gen rear with .625" slip on spacer by Skulte Performance Design. Fronts are 1.7" bolt on spacers as i plan on C5 brakes up front
STock front brakes are only temporary and are sooo tiny

nice

man i fucking hate those wheels

i think C6 wheels look pretty awesome. Best factory wheel besides Y2k’s i’ve seen

i got a good deal on them and figured i’d try them out. We’ll see how it goes. I may change them out for somethign else, probly stick with the 19 inch/18 inch theme tho since i got the tires already

i like em…

get your hood fixed =P

Reading owns me, nevermind. Quick question though. How’d you fab up your e-brake cables for the fourth gen rear?

i would straight up hump that if A. you got a bigger brake kit all the way around (i know lots of money) and B got rid of porno red… once again alot of money

looks real good i love those wheels

get ready to hump as all that will be done by the end of this year  C5 vette fronts are on the way. 13 inch basically up front (actually 12.8 i think) rears are LS1 12inch rears. I have no real option on upgrading those unless i convert to C5 fronts for the rears, but then i’d have even 13" all around. I should go to a Z51 C6 up front. Kinda kick myself for not doing that. Wont be much of an upgrade later tho, just a new bracket and a rotor. about 200 bucks upgrade i believe

ebrake cables i used were tru-torque 94597 cables but they are long cable wise but short sheeth wise i had to run them under the rear on both sides to hook up to the factory slots. I used home depot 1/8" cable clamps to take up the slack but i didnt take up enough so i 'll have to adjust them later atleast the brake is there now and i passed inspection

I’ve got the entire setup from a 4th gen. From the handle to the cables. I’m hoping I can make it work.

there are ways to get the 4th gen cables to work but you have to really shorten the cable and use different cable ends i think

you can cut the cables down and have a cable place put on cable ends, like a garage door installer or something could do that.

another guy cut the cables down and put his cable ends on by using the same cable clamps that i used and he says it works good so far. I didnt trust it to work so i got new cables

looks great. porno red FTW.

i like them mphboy…looks great

As always, your car is lookin great Orr. :bigok:

i kinda wish i had even 19’s all around or maybe 18x11’s out back that way the tire sidewalls would be matched better but oh well. i mean i could have gone 285/35’s but they arent wide enough

i really wish i could fit 335’s out back, that take some work. 295’s feel good on the street, they hook good but wider is better

What size are you running right now, 295’s? I have 295/50/15s on the rear of my bird, and they hook up like all hell.

yeah the rears are 295/30/19’s and i got 255/40/18s up front. Theyare a good soft street tire so they will wear down fast but so far are very sticky

What’s the offset on those wheels?

79 mm offset rear, 56 or 58 mm front. i used a 1.7" spacer front for my C5 brake upgrade that will be coming that will push it out another .3" or so. Rear is 4th gen rear with slip on .625" spacer to get it where i wanted it. it tucks just under the fender lip.
