Outside my School Yesterday

Word, thats my school right there lol.

and who says he was showing off, he could been having issues with family. gf, blah blah blah.

I know weveryone here has gotten mad, and gone out on an angry rip.

Im not saying it is okay under any circumstances.

Maybe he was trying to take his own life.

ummm do u have 10gs just hangin around cuz if u do i for one could use it??? anyways nobody deserves to die especially running from cops. honestly if u drive a decent 240 u cant tell me u havent done the same thing at one point or another “other than the crash at the end” or at least think about it im sure theres enuff people on her that have just ran from a ticket to vouch for what im saying. if ur cruisin at 3am doin 170+ with nobody on the road ur telling me ur gonna pull over and stop and potentially pay a fine between 10,000-50,000 have ur car crushed and license lost for what?? i think i can speak for a good chunk of people when i say weve all had moments where weve panicked and punched the bag out of it after blowing through a speed trap or whatever. everybody makes stupid mistakes including u but that dosnt mean they deserve to die for a momentary laps in judgement. uve never ever made a mistake??? must be nice

Even if I had $10,000 sitting around, I wouldn’t give it to you based on your maturity level in regards to this.

I actually was caught doing 140km/h on the DVP (90km/h zone) around 3am. I pulled over.

For me personally, I’d rather accept the consequences than run and live in guilt for the rest of my life. And I was 19 at that time. I learned my lesson.

Give yourself a few more years and then look back and what you said today. You will feel embarrassed you ever said what you said.

And if you read my post properly, you’d see that I said HE deserved it. I’m not saying that every single person that speeds deserves to die.

One more time, keep in mind that this guy was 31 years old.

LOL so if its a mistake you tell the cop, otherwise why the hell would you need to run from the cops anyway? i wont say ive never been pulled over because i have but ive always been able to reason with cops because it would always be over something trivial. Now with that said, i dont think i can classify what that person was doing as something trivial, 20 over, ok fine, bring it to court and the judge will bring it down or get a good lawyer, your 10-50k suddenly will be 2k and you’ll still have your license. I dont think he deserved to die, he should just rot in jail for a bit and learn his lesson frankly, but he made his choice and unfortunately for him, his consequences were fatal.

I’ve had friends who were pulled over with the street racing law, big deal, they all went to court and fought it like civilized people would and won.

Anyway like fobwall said, you accept the consequences of your actions because you screwed up and running away can make things worse. This guy is a prime example of that sadly.

I see everyones point, if you have something capable of 300kmh between your legs, im sure you would have some choices on what to do in the cetain situation.

Run or Get caught

People can say that theyd pull over or stop. but youd have to be in the situation yourself

If the guy didnt get hit he would have gotten away and we wouldnt have even known that someone had ran.

who ever said he deserve to die… man… i think you deserve to die for talking smack about dead people. sorry if i hurt your feeling.
and if i did hurt your feeling by saing that. you really do deserve to die cause your a fag.

how do you feel now… not that great right? then just imagin how this poor dead 31 year old would feel like if he could have a chance to hear this stupid smack you guys have to say.

wish you guys end up in a same situation. so i can say oh you deserve to die… oh wait i wont cause even dou your a asshole who likes to talk smack about the dead people ill still respec your poor dead body.

yes he made a mistake of doing 150 on 40zone. and yes he made a bigger mistake taking it up to 200kph on local street. but there is no such thing as deserve to die. to me even bin ladin and bush dont deserve to die eather.

yo bing could you lock this tread up. cant stand these people who loves saying he deserved to die. some peoles gotta learn how to respec dead people.

Grow up. So people who are homosexual deserve to die? If I were your parents, I’d be pretty disappointed in your ignorance.

Anyways, everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

c look at these people trying to point out the stupid little word game.

this got nothing to do with growing up. after all person who need to grow up is you.

learn how to respec the people who went 6 feet under. till you learn that you ll never understand.

bing could you lock this tread up. i ve tried my best not to look in this tread this morning but cant stop it…

^^ +1 yeah the discussion went all over the place, please lock

RIP dude. More importantly, hope the dude in the car is ok.

If you can run safely, go for it. I’ve had enough of these bullshit stops. One fucking charge in the system and all of a sudden, you’re lit up like a christmas tree every night. fuck fuck fuck.

^ Word, RIP Justin

Yes. Officers do hunt for charges and if you are charged it will be haunting like that fir the rest of your life. You cannot be out l"late" with a previous charge against you, and not be interrogated/searched by an officer everytime some ID of yours is run. I don’t believe in this law because it encourages more dangerous and reckless activity. Case in point, this example. If you have someone travelling at an excessive speed, chances are, they’re more likely to run if the situation is provoking. Turn a quasi-criminal offence into an offence, and now you have a runner that may have never been, because the high stakes encourage that. I don’t believe in the law for that reason, among others. It’s a double edged sword, with a thin shaky handle.

The only good outcome in this situation would have been if it never happened. It’s a good reminder of how quick a bike or car can take your life. I’ve tried to think about the situation from every perspective, and no matter what, it would have happened unless he was never noticed, meaning, if there was never an officer at that intersection, or perhaps if this law didn’t exist. That is not to say he wouldn’t make the same mistake further down the road, due to the place he was driving in. Like I said, it’s a losing situation no matter what.

School zone speeding is very common. I’m under the impression that speeding in <50 zones is one of the most common speeding offences. When I was in court it was almost all 50 and under zones with the ocassional 60, the odd 70. 80% minimum was 50 and 40 zones. I was surprised. This thing is very common.

Fuck em…I’m sick of being harassed. I’m not a bad driver and practice common sense all the time. I used to run…then I stopped that immature shit…now I’m back to fuck em and catch me if you can. I’m SICK TO DEATH of being fucked over by these neo nazi boot wearing motherfuckers. I tend to ONLY be put in these situations LATE AT NIGHT anyways. If it’s clear, I’m gone like the wind. If not, well, l’ll just say it always happens to be clear when I need to dip.

Guy didn’t deserve to die, but he sure as hell took that road, regardless of him knowing he would have or not. I can’t believe that someone at 31, and stereotypically “mature” and can “reason” would even think of going 150 in a 60, like seriously? I’m pretty young and stupid, and I do some things that I question after I do them, but I wouldn’t even be remotely tempted to go 90km/h over on a city road. :expressionless:

Its a 40 zone, so he was going 110 over.

Went through the intersection on my way into school, saw the oil and glass on the road, and the flowers, made me think about how fast you can lose you life drive or riding.

Well it went from a 60 to a 40, so either way, 90, 110, it’s really irrelevant, it’s still way too fast.
