you can’t generlize it based on a couple of modded cars, there is a pretty clear distinction between student and staff lots. also those ub cops arent stupid, they can tell by the consistency and scheduling. even worst, they have the same jurisdication as normal cops. i guess you just got lucky that you never got caught.
If you can get her to fess up, that is probably your own course of action.
Police wont do squat, because you really cant prove the note was written after the fact and you dont know who the witness is. If you could find that witness you would be money.

He said he was in the car at the time, and got out and looked for damage. Didn’t see anything on his car, or mine, and left. He was looking at the back of the bumpers for some reason.
He admitted fault a few times, and was fairly nice. Not too great with English. He didn’t really look concerned with the remaining balance, he showed me and laughed.
He somewhat eluded to his parents having money. Guess it’s time to ask for more.
