I was trying to submit this to channel 2’s tipline, but there seems to be a problem with their web form asp code.

I just sent them the following email:
I’d like to see a follow up to the Amherst Pepsi Center incident. It seems Mrs. VanDusen is now suing the town of Amherst because no one was supervising her son while he shot pucks at children. Most interesting is that Mrs. VanDusen is no stranger to the courts. She sued an insurance office when she tripped in their doorway in 2006, despite a doctor testifying she was not injured and was simply addicted to pain pills.

I would advise any of you to do the same:

BIG  to you guys.
Someone confirm their number. I will be calling.
i seriously feel like pillaging their home.
ok, just an update
was listening to 930am on the way to the post office. Tom B. was talking about this and apparently she “says” that she’s not suing… but why did they file a claim?
at any rate… she’s now pissed because they used her sons name… even though since she filed it, it’s now public record. They tried contacting her lawyer but with no success.
I was soooooo tempted to call the radio station to give him this info we found, but don’t have the time.
for anyone willing to do so, the number from a cell phone is *930

…Done
amherst should sue her for defamation of character
From the memorandum on the trial of the bitch vs the insurance company whose doorway she tripped in:
Moreover, prior to the
testimony of that physician, defendants’ attorney made several highly
prejudicial comments during his cross-examination of plaintiff,
including his unsubstantiated allegation that plaintiff sought publicity in connection with her husband’s alleged prize winnings in
the amount of $1 million.
The fuck? her husband won a million?
Your mail has been sent. Thank you from 2 on Your Side

Maybe she’s changed her mind since tuesday? Check out item 11 under Communications at Tuesday’s Amherst town board meeting.
tune into wben if you can, their still debating it.
apparently, you only have X amount of time to file… so it appears that their thinking about it, but didn’t want to admit it on the air?
She doesn’t look like the type of person who would be sue-happy. Guess you can’t judge a book by her cover. :gotme:
