Then 215 would be good for you,ideal for us 6 fters is 175-185 according to the doctors.

i dont need to know you because ive met numerous people like you. im not calling you out as an individual. whoever would have posted that would have gotten the same response from me. you dont have to prove me wrong. im not going to bring “lil curling set” to a meet because i dont care what you can lift real or imaginary.

heres how i can doubt you and your ability to barbell curl in the high 100s for reps…

take the time to watch a DVD called “Ronnie Coleman - Cost of Redemption”. the reigning mr. olympia “only” curls with 75lb dumbells!

as far as doctors charts go, dont listen to a word they say. that chart says i should be 135-140lbs since im only 5’4. i was about 175 and high single digit bodyfat but my primary care physican insisted i was obese. she reccomended i lose 35-40 pounds over the next year.
