lol at people calling all cops dumb. I bet 80% of the members on this site couldn’t make it through a legit police academy (NYS trooper,LAPD etc) now, I don’t speak for all,because I know some academys are pretty ridiculously lame

A good cop isn’t rated on his IQ, but rather his response to a high stress or life threatening situation, there are good cops and bad cops…and I’d be the first to call myself a hypocrite as I’ve had choice words for a few LEOs but until you walk a mile in their shoes, you probably shouldn’t stereotype all of them.

these Katrina fucks should get the death penalty if there is even any shred of evidence to support the claims… which it appears there is.

And if so, they should speed up the executions to boost morale… somehow integrate the oil spill clean up into their televised, prime-time execution

To be eligible for a street cop for life, sure, but if you have hopes of progressing up the ladder, then your resume will come in handy.

And significantly trim some lbs. I know this discussion has been primarily about local level LEO’s, but a lot of people here would fall short for anything beyond local/county positions.
