Word yeah its nice not being able to do that any more. Also its nice now instead of the bike digging into a log it slides over them. I caught a log and went over the bars last week landed on my head and cracked my helmet.

I hated em when i was racing bmx. They were pretty tight getting into/out of. Ran em for like 2-3 races, crashed b/c of some goon rider/not being able to get my foot down, and went back to normal pedals. Idk how they are with teh mountain bikes though…
yeah mountain biking isnt as close quarters as bmx racing is, you usually have time to throw your foot down and after a while it becomes second nature.

I test rode a Pro-Flex something-or-other fully suspended bike when they first started coming out, I was like 12-13…I think the price tag was like $1,995.
I dropped it like 3 times because of the stupid clips in the pedals not releasing.
