Cant just flip them, it’s a slim fan so the fan blade fits around the motor housing.

Maybe he meant flip it to the other side of the radiator? You could just reverse the polarity, but chances are your fans are of a curved blade design, and it wouldn’t push much… aren’t those blades held on the shaft by a c-clip?
Well I am flipping the fans to the front of the radiator and reversing polarity. The blades are straight but I think the angle is different between the pull and push designs. They might be held on by a C clip, not sure. I haven’t got that far yet :lol
