Nothing special, big enough for me,wifey and the baby… Was her moms old house, we werent looking at all but it fell into our lap and for what were goign to be paying… well wed be stupid not to do it… much cheaper than a decent apartment in a decent area

Oh no doubt extremely proud to be 20, have a wonderful girl and amazing daughter… and now even more so getting on our own two feet and getting a house… Time for us to get our own space… We were planning on checking out the house market/apartments next year and seeing what we could do without getting some shithole or an apartment in a bad neighborhood… Her mom moved into the gmas old house after she passed away in febuary and weve been working on getting the house over the past few months
House needs a little bit of TLC… the usualy paint/new molding here and there etc… so itll be quite fun to get the place how we want it…
And like I said for what were going to be paying for the mortage/utilites… basicly we’d be stupid not to do it hell itll prolly be less than what some ratards i know and on here pay for their car/insurance payments rofl

Wifeys grandmother passed away in febuary… Wifeys mom moved into her grandmothers old house as thats where she grew up etc… Were taking her moms old house

Yea man… Started life early… Dropped outa highschool at 16… College 6 months later, trade school and job while doing it… Unexspectadly had a kid, but wouldent change it for the world now… Pretty happy where I’m at.
Pretty used to getting the OMG your only 20 by now… Honestly don’t feel 20 one bit, could be good or bad depending on how you look at it haha
