75mph I’m right around 2k. Gonna drive it like and old man this weekend down to MD and see what kinda mileage it gets

Well, I must’ve gotten my iPhone 4 wet somehow, as there are a few signs of water damage to it (behind lens for camera, dim pixels in an area on the phone, screen not working right), so I had a little bit of an unexpected purchase today:

iPhone 4S 16GB (I only managed to use 8GB on my 4, so 32 or 64GB would have been way overkill)

LifeProof Iphone 4/4S case. Supposedly it waterproofs the phone for up to 6ft, and is actually not bulky whatsoever. $80, but as long as it protects the phone one time if I get it wet, it would be well worth it. I tested it without a phone in there and held it under about 4" of water and there was no residue or droplets inside, so that is good enough for me.

you are probably the only customer who has ever read the directions and really test the case!

<- works at best buy mobile p/t. (for the discount).

Cossey is my hero.

I like how you said the case wasn’t bulky. My nephew’s mother has that case and it looks like she’s talking into her VCR when she uses it.

It’s legitimately not bulky, especially considering the features and benefits of the case. Compared to an OtterBox, I’ll take this all day erryday. Maybe I’m just used to bulky cases, but I also don’t like a disproportional phone such as some of those massive screen Android phones that are thinner than my pubes.

I hate products that can’t back up their claims, so this works for me.

Well you sir are my hero, so we are heroes of each other.

I know the Patriot cams aren’t known to be the best, but that seems really low for those mods. Should be in the 380 range with a cam like that. Chokemaster exhaust doesn’t help, but fuck 350 on a dynojet seems weak.

First mod I’d do is get a converter, 2nd would be intake manifold.

I lied. I’d get rid of that catted Y pipe ASAP.

probably keeping the cats for inspection purposes… i dont feel like dicking around with the hassle honestly… the choke master will probably come off in favor of an slp loudmouth or similar and i’ll look into an intake (ls6?)… i know it needs a converter as the guy only got a 12.80 at 109 out of it lol… will probably go with a circle d like is in the tahoe unless i find a deal on a yank or something… i’m thinking something in the 3500 range?.. anyway, i got it for a steal and it’s just going to be a toy, not a daily so i’ve got plenty of time to do some things to it and it doesnt need to be the fastest, just something fun to cruise around in

LS6 intake, Circle D, Vig or Yank 3500 converter. Should be a low 12/high 11 with tire.

Loudmouth is just dirty and loud. Probably one of the worst sounding exhausts on a car with longtubes in my opinion. Magnaflow would be a nice replacement, I’d just replace the muffler on the current exhaust system. Otherwise, I’d switch to a true dual exhaust and get rid of those cats. It won’t technically pass a visual as it is with the current setup… not that anyone cares enough to fail it for that. Probably would do a retune after the fact as well.

in other words, KK header back SS setup with Nice mufflers, and highflow cats if you are set on keeping them.

2.5" SS or 3" maybe… X piped dumped out where ever you want onthe car.

Exactly. You could always put those cats into a true dual setup and it’d sound real nice.

i definitely want it a little louder, better flowing, and better sounding than it is with the flowmaster… that being said-

when you get a chance, could you put a quote together for me? 3" stainless coming off the TSP y-pipe and coming out the back with a magnaflow (or ?..) and then duals coming out the back and then a quote for header back, with x pipe, duals, etc? i’ve got the tips i think i want to use in a box at the house but i can’t remember exactly what size they are or if they would work… like i said, i want it to flow better, be a little bit louder than it currently is, etc

i’m in no hurry as i am picking the car up tomorrow and will be trailering it back to NY when i come back late next week after the 4th is over so at best, i’m a couple weeks out

also, if anyone comes across a decent deal on a used converter, send me a link… if i can save a little $ rather than dropping $1000 on a new one, that would be great :lol

I am out of town in vacation for 10 days, stating this evening… As soon as I get back, bring the car up and we can put it on the lift and take some measurements, then I can accuratly quote it. :number1

cool deal, and thanks  enjoy your vacation, i am LOVING mine right now!
