progress thread: 94gt5.0

Although feeling pretty out of it did a new pb on moday for chest. Did 225X4(little help on 5th, so I dont count it), and did a max of 245. Pretty happy with that and well on my way of meeting my goal of 225X10 and 275X1 by the end of the year!

I did a little benching with my brother at the gym tonight. Not a huge amount of weight but I can feel it a bit.
I never bench so I havent worked myself up to it but Im thinking of doing it more often.

I appreciate the kind words, just a lot of hard training and proper nutrition! I wanna be in the 1000 club by the end of the year, not sure how close I am now as I don’t do deadlifts…

Id like to do it more often actually. It kinda feels good now. I think I did 140 or so tonight. Maybe more but I forget what I had on there. Like I said not alot.

I usually just do machines and cardio (bike). Ive got a decent routine and Ive noticed a few gains lately, although mainly in my legs. I guess all the bike riding and walking Ive been doing is doing some good.

Freeweights FTW, use machines sparingly (in general)

normally the only free weights I use are when doing shoulder shrugs. Right now Ive got pretty big shoulders.

245-250 up and down in that range, 36 waist and Im 6’3.

good job bros! i been outta the gym sick for 3 weeks only lost a few lbs and was 228 mon morn, started back mon, did chest flat did 315x8 405x5 415x3 425x3 440 for an easy 1 so i was happy with that, inclins 315x10 335x8 365x6 still with horrible shoulder pain on incline barbell and all fly movements:Idiots

lmfao!! ive never ever heard of a 1000lb club including shrugs or pulldowns but nice try my boy!! counts for something i guess since your knee is fucked.
