Well, going from a 275x15 squat on Monday to 315x6 on Friday is about right, prolly could have done 315x6 on Monday…

im sore from bench monday today lol n will b tom, i could necer do 2x’s a week, my legs will be sore till tues lol

It’s a fine line. My workout looks like this, alternates push and pull. Example this week…

Bench
reverse grip bench
smith machine military press
squat

Wed/pull

Pulldown
T-bar
curl
deadlift

Fri/push(same as monday)

Next Monday will start with pull…

Thanks. What really seems to help for me is eating a better lunch. Lately Ive been taking an apple for lunch and not getting bagels or anything like that.

Up the protein brah, still try to get about a gram per lb of bodyweight for what you’re doing…

Good. For your bodyweight and goals, push that protein up to about 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight and get a good amount of carbs/fat down too.
