where did you get the mounts? how did it fit?
the mounts from a company in the USA u really dont need to use mounts which i plan to sell mine maybe next year and do solid mounts, but we shall see…fit is awesome only thing i would recommend is droppin the cross member when sliding the motor in
so what? you didn’t need to change any of the eninge mount bracket? or am I confused? j/w because I’m looking at doing something along these lines to my car once funds become greater lol
^while answering this tell us about the tranny mount used, and totally custom 1 piece driveshaft?
He used this kit which includes the modified crossmembers, OEM 2JZ mounts, and a custom driveshaft.

i got a custom driveshaft made from Pats Driveline in mississauga and mounts it was all 3 mounts when i got them, but i think im just gonna make it a solid mount. REASON i want everything to fall apart inside the car LOL nah the mounts i have will take 1000hp+ from what i was told.
my mistake, that was intended to answer the question regarding what engine mount bracket you used. Very nice writeup btw. Can’t wait to see this car completed
edit: how come you didn’t use the tech2 driveshaft?
so where did you get the mounts?
i didnt use the tech 2 shaft because i didnt buy there kit! i got it custom made + its cheaper to just get it made here they sell the shaft for like $450 usd or something
