Question about kaT

No posts stating KA or SR is better, only post technical information about KA-T.

We don’t need this turning into another KA vs. SR thread.

Not trying to start up the old argument and the FMU is perfectly acceptable for fule delivery with this kit I am talking about. Sure most people will opt out the FMU for a tunable peice but there is dyno sheets and it shows @8PSI 232HP 252fl-lbs most impressive to me.

More Info? Damn the exchange rate is nice too!!

Here is their info

Stage 1 - $1875
-Garrett T3 Super 60 -.48AR Turbine .60 AR Compressor 60 Trim (upgrade to a T3/T4 .48 AR Turbine .50 AR Compressor 50 or 57 Trim Stage III Wheel , turbonetics turbine housing) add $200 to price of this kit
-Flow bench designed and tested tubular stainless steel manifold
-3" flowbench tested downpipe w/ o2 sensor bung installed
-38mm External Wastegate
-2.25" Stainless Steel Intercooler Charge Pipes (Short Routed)
-Custom built intercooler w/ extruded Garrett Core 24" X 6" x 2.75"
-FMU w/ 12:1 Disc
-38mm Recirculating Blow off Valve
-Stainless Oil Feed, Return and Fittings (not rubber lines like most kits offer)
-Air Intake Filter w/ Maf Adapter
-All Silicone Boots

With this system I was able to produce 232 @ 8 psi. I have a dyno sheet to show the results. The vehicle was driven daily for close to 1 year with no detonation and no problems.
Here is a Dyno Sheet for Stage 1 running 8 psi

Stage 2 - 2600 (Inclues everything in Stage 1 plus this, or you can just buy these parts by themselfs)
-T3/T4 .48 ar stage 3 wheel turbine .50 ar compressor 50 or 57 trim (replaces T3 Super 60)
-Boost Designs top-feed fuel rail
-RC Engineering 50lb injectors
-Custom clips for injectors
-Custom stainless fuel feed, return lines and fittings
-Fuel pressure regulator (replaces 12:1 FMU)
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump

With Stage 2, you will never need to worry about fuel delivery again. At this point, E-Manage is required. I recommend the E-Manage for correction of timing, injection, and airflow correction tables to be able to implement the Z32 mafs.
With these upgrades complete you can now expect to have 300whp with proper tuning at 15psi, with an E-Manage. You can expect more WHP from a standalone system such as AEM or Haltech.

Stage 3 - 3500 (You get everything in stage 1 and stage 2 plus these, or can but these by themselfs)
-Clutch Specialities 6-puck Stage 3 clutch w/ sprung center, dual pressure plate diaphragm, throwout bearing and pilot bushing and alignment tool. It is good for 550 ft.lbs of torque
-Factory rods shotpeened and balanced good for 450 rwhp (core charge extra)
-9:1 forged pistons with rings, wrist pins and clips

With this Stage 3 kit, your motor will be bulletproof and capable of 400+ rwhp still being tuned with E-Manage. You can expect more WHP from a standalone system such as AEM or Haltech.
