Just for the record, im a 17 year old kid and ive been pulled over several times and not once have i ever disrespected, or talked back to a cop. i don’t see the point in giving someone with their power shit. i treat them with respect and truth. although ive been let off every time, i was thru caz park and i got pulled over for several things at once. the cop treated me like crap and i complied to his every request completely. although it was rediculous and embarassing. the speed limit in caz park is 15MPH.
i was going thru the park AT THE SPEED LIMIT because i noticed a cop a few cars back. the other cars behind me were beeping and such and the cop flew around them and pulled me over. ended up making me get out of the car. making me do a sobriety test, asked me if i knew several drug dealers, said my car has been spotted at these random places and driving thru the park at high speeds yelling and causing trouble out of my car. then he proceeded to ask me where i was going. (i was on my way to see my grandmother in the hospital)
he asked why i was driving wrecklessly, i told him i was not and he said i was swerving all over the road. after all this he told me to get back into my car and wait for him to come back with my license and registration. after about 15 minutes he came back and returned my stuff and told me if he saw me again doing any of the things me mentioned i was doing (such as yelling out of my car and causing trouble…which i wasnt) he would cut up my license on the spot and tow my car.
he also tossed my license plate onto my lap and told me to make sure it got attached to my bumper(was on my dashboard because someone hit me the day before and knocked it off)
even through all of that i still respect cops 100% because as you can see if you cooperate with them you can and most likely will get off.
and yes he followed me to the hospital to make sure i was telling him the truth.
