I’m purchasing a 89’ 180sx from this dealership in Kingston and I need some help on what to ask him for (paperwork wise) and in order, what steps to do in order to get it registered and on the road.
I went on gtrcanada.com and found some insight but wasn’t clear enough. Something on a de-registration paper i need and not a registration… i donno
If anyone knows about importing and registering, please help! lol

export certificate, export certificate english translation, customs invoice, request for release, certificate of origin, brokereage invoice,
ide imagien you wont need the invoices, prolly just the certificate of origian and english translated export certificate

gtrcanada, under legalese; one of the mods posted that you need three pieces of paper from the dealer
a) Bill of Sale COPY
b) Import Form ORIGINAL
c) De-Registration TRANSLATED
I would assume it would work for a 180sx as well… however some guy had a problem saying the MTO needed a registration form and one mod replied that you do not need these anymore, only a translated DE-registration… I would ask but registering is a hassle on that site, plus i love SON240, is that what you did?
