Restaurants that don't suck thread

I have been. It’s great. Fresh oysters shipped in daily, fresh seafood, the bar is huge. Good atmosphere. Would go again.

just went to black rock kitchen & bar last night. great food, great spot.

I’m there all the time Jeff, and live around the corner, let me know next time you go there…

word. i was really surprised by how good the food was

Same owner as Hardware…food is great there, I knew it would be great at BRKB too…although I think it’s even better than Hardware…

not related to buffalo at all but I will be dining here friday nigth. http://www.buddakannyc.com/

place was packed on a wednesday too. always a good sign.

Shit I completely forgot about black rock, I had a few exceptional meals there. I would definitely recommend this place as well. Its usually pretty busy around dinner time so make reservations. Its also not the place for a quite dinner, its a smaller space packed with people which makes it noticeably loud.

Yes there was some chooch sitting next to us last night that had the worlds loudest laugh and coincidentally he also thought he was the worlds funniest man. Other than that everything was great.

i went here last night and its prob the best asian cuisine ive ever had

I’m looking for a way to get over there to this place based on Don’s repeated FB bumps

You really should, well worth it

Shit area but great food, use to be just a small supermarket but now its a full service restaurant. The owner does or did all the sushi for the local Wegmans.

Saturday we were looking for a place to eat before seeing Ronan Tynan so I told my wife Mike A’s is awesome and we went there based on NYSPEED reccomendation. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. The food had nice presentation and tasted pretty good too but the French onion soup was excellent. It is a nice place for people with much monies but there are many other restuarants you can go to and get food just as good. Sincerely, if you are not going miss the extra $75 it is nice place.

Mike A’s didn’t have the “equipment” to make my filet Pittsburgh Style :frowning:

Was still good though

Josh, we should really look at Beck’s idea for a restaurant tour in WNY.

It would be like that evening when you did the DVD launch.

Maybe we could do one over the holidays?
