Weak logic. If you have ever tried getting locks off, its NOT easy.
And it takes TIME. No way someone would sit there for 2 hours trying to get the wheels off. If you had 2 or 3 sets on no one would try to steal that shit.

there are only soo many different kinds of wheel locks, if you think the crooks never have the adapter for the wheel locks your dreaming.

Wheel locks don’t do anything. All you need to do is put a slightly larger socket on there, hit it with a hammer, and then continue to zip off the lugs. Most people wouldn’t have the sockets and know-how to do this, but any professional who is going to be doing something like this, would know how.

Very easy to get wheel locks off with larger sockets.

Shouldn’t the car be insured for by the place? since uh… It’s kind of required for them to have insurance on car’s on their lot just in case if something like this happened? I could be wrong but that’s just what I thought to believe was true.

I was going to say I hope who ever took them is an idiot and bolts them onto his GTI lol.

On a side note: I think the owner actually stole them off his own car, and put the block under his bumper so he can now buy a sick custom one with his insurance money. Then when he gets the car back, a few months later he can put the wheels on and say he replaced them with the same ones! No one would think twice about it.

wheel locks do not fit this set up, only one set of Eurolocks do and they suck.

actually the dealer is replacing everything for him, he simply gave them the info where to order from and what specs. This guy is a good dude, they are taking care of him very well to keep his business
