Hey guys. I have a 1992 S13. Just recently did the rear swap. Everything went together perfectly. (I have when off the brakes) a draging noise and when I apply the brakes they work but still have the sound. I believe its on both sides. Believed to be the inside pads. Do I need the shave some matterial off the calipers or add a spacer of some sort to stop the grinding? I have the 300zx rotors that were re-drilled for the 4 bolt pattern. I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance. I have a hydro e-brake that isnt connected yet so the e-brake possibility is out of the question
how clean were your pins that your pads ride on?
all pressure clips used?
the geometry is the same for the 300zx so I don’t think a spacer is the ticket
Everything is shiney brand new. The hold down clip was used as well. Maybe I need to slightly shave 10 to 20 thousands off the inside pad?
